TEAS Application Test
The Nurse Entrance Test (NET) will no longer be available after
March 2009. The Nursing department will transition to using the
Test of Essential Skills (TEAS) produced by Assessment Technologies
Inc.(www.atitesting.com/).
TEAS tests are given every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Room 228 Ashmore
Hall. The test will last for approximately 3 hours and 29 minutes.
Beginning October 1st, TEAS will be given the 1st and 3rd Wednesday
of the month. The cost of the test is $35.00 (non-refundable).
Applications can be picked up at the Department of Nursing (Ashmore
Hall) or downloaded here. It
is highly recommended that you take the TEAS after you have completed
Areas A, D and F. The TEAS would need to be taken prior to submitting
an application. Contact Ms Kristy Gose at (912) 344-2575 or Kristy.Gose@armstrong.edu
to schedule a testing appointment. We will continue to accept the
NET with the Spring 2010 applications as long as the NET was taken
prior to May 2009.
